Terms & Conditions – GlowSpace Cleaning
1. Bookings & Appointments
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us. Please check your booking details carefully.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation/rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours: 50% charge
• Same day cancellation: Full charge applies
3. Payments & Refunds
• Payment is due on the day of service
• We accept card payments and bank transfers
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days
4. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide clear access to the property
• Remove valuable/breakable items from cleaning areas
• Inform us of any special requirements in advance
5. Limitation of Liability
• We are insured for accidental damage during cleaning
• Please report any issues within 24 hours of service
• We are not liable for pre-existing damages
